Goldmine Exchange
Privacy Policy
This policy describes how Goldmine Exchange collects and uses information when you interact with our website, visit our showroom, or submit an evaluation request.
Information you provide
When you request a quote, appraisal, or loan discussion, we collect the contact details and item descriptions you supply - including optional photos you attach - to respond and to document transactions we agree to enter.
If you opt in to SMS communications where offered, that consent applies only to the messaging program described at the time of opt-in, and you may withdraw consent by following the instructions in those messages or by contacting us directly.
How we use information
We use your information to evaluate inquiries, prepare paperwork for purchases or loans you authorize, send confirmations related to services you request, and comply with legal obligations.
We do not sell your personal information. Service providers (for example email delivery or cloud storage) may process data under agreements that limit their use to providing services to us.
Retention and security
We retain records as needed for legitimate business, regulatory, and tax purposes. Technical and organizational measures help protect information, though no online transmission can be guaranteed perfectly secure.
