Return Policy
Goldmine Exchange primarily provides liquidity services - outright purchases, collateral loans, and written appraisals - rather than traditional retail sales. The policies below reflect that model.
Outright purchases
When we purchase an item, ownership transfers at the time and manner stated in the written agreement. Unless that agreement expressly allows a return window, transactions are final once funded and custody completed.
Collateral loans
Collateral loans are governed by your promissory or pledge documents. Redemption occurs when you satisfy the amounts and procedures stated there. Late or partial payments may affect rights; ask for a written payoff quote before sending funds.
Appraisal services
Appraisal deliverables are professional opinions prepared for the stated purpose. Fees for completed reports are generally earned when the document is delivered unless a different arrangement is agreed in writing beforehand.
